Refund policy
Returns of new, unused items
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Ruffoni purchase, you may return any brand new, unused item within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund.
Please contact us at service@ruffoni.net and provide the following information:
• Name of the person who made the purchase
• Order number, starting with #
• SKUs of the product(s) you wish to return
• Reason for returning

You are welcome to return your item using the carrier of your choice. Please choose a tracked service and keep your proof of shipment and tracking number until your return has been safely received and processed. The return shipment remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend insuring the package.
For international returns, any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees or other charges incurred when the shipment re-enters Italy are the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from the refund, where applicable.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the price paid for the product to the original payment method. We do not charge a restocking fee, but shipping charges, duties, taxes and other fees are not refundable except where required by applicable law.
Please note: Returns will only be accepted if the items are unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition. Returns of used products or products not in their original packaging will not be accepted for a refund. If you are unsure, please contact us at service@ruffoni.net before sending your items back.
Returns of defective or damaged products
If you receive incorrect or damaged products in your order, please contact us right away at service@ruffoni.net so we can make it right.
Be sure to include:
• Name of the person who made the purchase
• Order number, starting with #
• Pictures of the whole product
• Detailed pictures of the issue/damage
We will review your claim and if approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Limitations
The Buyer is the only responsible of the decrease in value of the goods due to a different use of the Product to the one necessary to establish the features and the Product functioning.
In any case the Product must be kept, handled and inspected with the normal diligence and returned intact, complete in all his parts, fully functional, must include also all the accessories and the illustrative leaflets, the labels and the seal, if present, attached to the Product and intact and not tampered, and perfectly suitable for the use to which it is intended and free of signs of wear or dirt.
Returns must concern the Product in its entirety. It is not possible to return only individual parts or accessories of a Product, unless those parts or accessories are sold as separate products.
