Shipping & Returns
Orders are normally processed within 2-3 working days from receiving the payment, from Monday to Friday (except during factory closures or holidays), if the product is available; once shipped, deliveries are estimated within 24/72 hours, except in areas the carrier considers “difficult to reach”.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by delays imputable to the carrier, especially during festive periods. Delays will not be imputable to Ruffoni.
All our products are packed with care and shipped using the quickest and safest methods.
Shipments to Countries within the European Community are free of charge (unless otherwise specified on the Website) and are made via a standard service carrier.
To avoid delays and/or any extra charges, customers are kindly requested to provide a delivery address and a phone number at which someone will be available to collect the package.
When receiving the product, customers must check that the parcel is perfectly sealed and undamaged and that the number of parcels delivered matches the number of parcels expected. If parcels are delivered open or damaged or if any parcels are missing, customers must immediately inform the carrier by clearly identifying the issue; if not, the items received will be considered regularly delivered.
Any storage charges will be borne by the buyer.
Shipments within European Community: Delivery costs are free of charge (unless otherwise specified on the Website) and are made via a standard service carrier. Taxes are included in the prices of the Products and are calculated based on destination country.
Shipments outside European Community (including UK and Switzerland): Delivery costs may vary across Countries and will be calculated at checkout. Duties, taxes and import fees are NOT included and may be due upon delivery.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Ruffoni, you can return any brand new, unused item within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
1) Please email email@example.com with your name, order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason why.
2) Then, print your name and order number on a piece of paper, and include it with your items in their original packaging, and ship to:

We do not cover return shipping costs unless products were incorrect or damaged upon delivery. You may choose any shipping carrier that is convenient for you, but please ensure to keep your tracking number for your own reference. You may also email us this tracking number to help expedite processing of your order. Ruffoni will not be responsible for packages that are not received or that are received damaged.
3) Once the return has been received and inspected by our team according to the Limitations stated below, we will notify you via email, and you will receive the refund via your initial form of payment within 30 days. Ruffoni will not be in any case responsible for any delay in the refund process.
Incorrect or damaged goods
If you receive incorrect or damaged products in your order, please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make it right.
Be sure to indicate your order number, the item that was shipped in error or was damaged, and include photos of the whole item and of the issue.
We will review your claim and if approved we'll process a replacement shipment, and provide return instructions if applicable.
The Buyer is the only responsible of the decrease in value of the goods due to a different use of the Product to the one necessary to establish the features and the Product functioning.
In any case the Product must be kept, handled and inspected with the normal diligence and returned intact, complete in all his parts, fully functional, must include also all the accessories and the illustrative leaflets, the labels and the seal, if present, attached to the Product and intact and not tampered, and perfectly suitable for the use to which it is intended and free of signs of wear or dirt. The return must be applied to the Product in its entirety. In this sense it cannot be exercised just for some parts and/or accessories (which don’t represent and are not autonomous products) of the Product.
